Corporate Catering at the Port of Seattle
ed Plate Catering has proudly served the Port of Seattle as a preferred provider since 2010. The Port has been a powerhouse of Washington commerce since 1911, creating hundreds of thousand of jobs across the state. Their mission is the advancement of commerce and trade, maritime growth and manufacturing, and the stimulation of economic development.
At the beginning of the year, at their Pier 69 headquarters, the Port swore into office two new commissioners: Peter Steinbrueck and Ryan Calkins. To introduce this new Executive Leadership at the Port to their stakeholders they threw a reception and called in one of Seattle’s best corporate catering companies (that’s us!) to make it a memorable event.
We served over 200 people on the waterfront with heavy hors d’oeuvres, meat carving stations, and libations. So what are all these tasty morsels you see in the pictures? You may want to grab a napkin as your mouth is about to water. Here’s the menu for this event:
