Red Plate Catering started over a decade ago as Seattle Catering Events and has offered stellar menus and genuine customer care ever since. Our customer-first philosophy is the secret sauce that sets us apart. Well…that and amazing food, a great location, free parking and a rockin’ staff!
Executive Chef Sean Pals has studied many different cooking styles which enables him to offer a wide range of flavors and food types. From expertly smoked ribs melting off the bone, to Asian Fusion, to Chicken Saltimbocca…Sean does it all and he does it well. He was published not long ago in the Visit Seattle Cookbook with eight of the city’s top chefs. Chef Pals found his love for cooking under the master hands of his mother (former Lead Baker at Macrina Bakery), father (unsung grill master), and grandmother. Growing up in Colorado with an abundance of locally sourced meats and produce laid the foundation for Chef’s bold, sharp, and rich cooking style.
